Robert "Bob" Myers has over 45 years of experience and is one of the most honored and recognized attorneys in the State. For decades, Bob Myers practiced in all of the Firm's practice areas. He then became a Judge of the Superior Court in Maricopa County, and eventually became the Presiding Judge of that Court. Bob will serve as an expert witness in evaluating potential legal malpractice actions, and, where appropriate, will testify in those cases. Bob also will evaluate and serve as a witness in bar discipline cases.
Bob is a former Presiding Judge of the Civil, and the Probate and Mental Health Departments of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Bob has a unique understanding of these important areas of the law, which affect litigation and trials of all civil cases in Maricopa County, as well as probate and mental health procedures and rights of injured people.
