Michelle "MJ" Johnson
Michelle Johnson is a Senior Associate at the law firm of Adelman German, PLC, in Scottsdale, Arizona. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona, Michelle obtained her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Following her clerkship with the Arizona Court of Appeals, for the last 10 years, Michelle has practiced exclusively in the area of representing individuals and their families of those seriously injured or who lose a family member at the hands of someone else's wrongdoing. She handles claims stemming from car collisions, defectively designed and manufactured products, rollover crashes, medical negligence, unfair treatment of customers in retail settings, and discriminatory practices of law enforcement. She successfully tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court, and settled multiple multi-million dollar cases. She is active in the American Association for Justice, and is equally active as a Board member of her state trial lawyers association and other legal organizations.
